  • The voter begins voting as normal. The voter hears a welcome message and is prompted to continue.
  • The voter is then guided through the voting process with a series of speech interpretations which require yes or no answers.
  • Each time the voter makes a selection, the AEVS® will move onto the next race or proposition.
  • Automatically the audio confirmation will be heard for every important action that the voter takes including, selecting a candidate, changing a candidate, moving to the next race, and submitting the final ballot.
  • The precise voting audio output is also passed to the V.V.A.A.T.T. recording unit into a digital recorded voice file.
  • The voter is prompted to hear the recorded voice file to verify his votes.
  • At the end of the session the voter submits his ballot by approving the recorded voice file.
